Indent Orders
Products ordered for a specific project and from non-stocked lines (also known as “Indent Orders”) are subject to production minimums, overages, and manufacturer non-cancellation policies. These will be outlined in your order confirmation email.
Please note there may be a discrepancy in total quantity after production as this is difficult to estimate until the product is manufactured. Once your product is produced, you will be charged the actual manufactured quantity, and the order cannot be cancelled.
All indent orders will be invoiced on arrival into our warehouse in the period your order was initially requested for. If you need us to hold the products for you, our Hold in Store policy will apply. You can find more details here.
Delivery and Collection policy
Delivery
Orders* under $100 are subject to a $35.00 fee.
Orders* over or equal to $100 are subject to a $75.00 fee.
* Excludes ceramic products which will be priced per order.
*Any special delivery requirements (tail-lift, haib trucks, urgent deliveries, deliveries direct to site) will incur additional charges to recover our actual freight cost and are subject to approval.
Collection
Collections^ are subject to a $35.00 fee.
^ Applies to all our locations: Jacobsen St Johns, CFR Line Panmure and Tredsafe Glendene. Orders not collected within 5 days will be subject to additional fees. See our policies on late collection here.
