Late Collection policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing delays in collection.  However, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods, it’s essential to select a collection date and timeframe to which you can adhere.  

 

If you fail to collect your order after 5 working days, the following will apply: 

  • Your order will be invoiced automatically. 
  • A dispatch confirmation email will be sent to the account owner. 
  • Once confirmed or if there’s no response after 2 attempts of email or call, the order will be dispatched to your normal dispatch address or cancelled.
  • Your invoice will be updated from collection fee ($35) to a delivery fee ($75*).   
  • If you choose to cancel your order, we will consider this as a return which is subject to a 20% restocking fee and a minimum $50 admin fee as per our Returns and Claims policy. 
     

*Except for ceramics which will be charged based on actual freight cost.
