      Delivery and Collection policy 

      Delivery 

      Orders* under $100 are subject to a $35.00 fee. 

      Orders* over or equal to $100 are subject to a $75.00 fee. 

      * Excludes ceramic products which will be priced per order. 

      *Any special delivery requirements (tail-lift, haib trucks, urgent deliveries, deliveries direct to site) will incur additional charges to recover our actual freight cost and are subject to approval. 

      Collection 

      Collections^ are subject to a $35.00 fee. 

      ^ Applies to all our locations: Jacobsen St Johns, CFR Line Panmure, SCS Mangere and Tredsafe Glendene.  Orders not collected within 5 days will be subject to additional fees.  See our policies on late collection here.
