How does it react to cooking fats?

Our rubber tile is not approved for use in commercial kitchens.  Animal fats and petroleum products will deteriorate our rubber flooring.  We have Defiant oil & grease resistant rubber flooring, which is made from nitrile rubber.  It is resistant to oil & grease, but not oil & grease proof.
